Vikram Goel is the Chief Business Officer – Industrial at Mahindra Lifespaces. In this role, Vikram oversees the strategy, planning, development, sales, operations & value creation for the Integrated Cities & Industrial Clusters (IC & IC) business vertical of the Company, spread across India under the brands Mahindra World City & ORIGINS by Mahindra.
Vikram brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, having held various leadership roles at HDFC Limited & its subsidiaries. In a span of over 2 decades, Vikram has spearheaded multiple assignments across real estate finance & restructuring assignments in India & the Middle East, leading execution, new business initiatives & re-engineering of existing models.
Vikram holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management from International Management Institute, Delhi. He has been an active member of the various Real Estate Industry bodies like GRI, FICCI, RICS, & CREDAI.
Vikram brings a strategic vision & deep industry relationships to Mahindra Lifespaces. His proven track record in scaling businesses, navigating complex financial landscapes, & driving operational excellence makes him a valuable addition to the company’s leadership, strengthening its growth & innovation in the real estate sector.
He is an avid long-distance runner, having completed six full marathons & multiple half marathons. His dedication to running instills in him patience & perseverance, reinforcing his belief that hard work pays off in the long run.
