With a wealth of experience exceeding 18 years in Human Resources, Tanmoy possesses expertise across various domains, including HR strategy, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Business Partnering, Organizational Effectiveness, Technology, Capability Development, & Talent Acquisition. Prior to his current role, he held key HR leadership positions at Mahindra Finance - Digi Fin Co & served as the Head of Group Talent COE at the Group Corporate Office, Mahindra Research Valley: Automotive Division.
Tanmoy holds an MBA in Human Resources from, Mumbai University, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in computers from Nagpur University. Noteworthy projects such as RISE Cultural transformation & HR digitization & , Talent initiates like Project Harmony, MALT, MLP & GMC underscore his ability to drive significant organizational change.
