This primarily includes charges towards the maintenance of facilities, operations, services, repairs, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), utilities, insurance, statutory requirements etc..

Conveyance deed is applicable in different states and is used during handover/transfer of land rights to society or purchase of land. A conveyance deed is a legal document signed between the transferor and a transferee of a property. The execution and registration of a conveyance deed makes the transferee the owner of the property. Informally, 'sale deed' is used interchangeably with 'conveyance deed'. (Conveyance deed is not applicable in Maharashtra).

Till possession of the Flat/Apartment, the property tax is to be paid by the Developer/Seller. After the possession, the Purchaser is responsible for paying the property tax.
