Mr. Sriram Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. He joined the Mahindra Group in 2022 & has since played a pivotal role in advancing the Group’s financial & strategic initiatives across multiple businesses. As Vice President at Mahindra Lifespaces, Sriram has led financial planning & analysis, investor relations, & the Costing Centre of Excellence - driving stronger financial governance & value-focused growth. Earlier, as part of Mahindra & Mahindra’s Group Partnerships & Alliances team,his primary responsibilities included overseeing fundraising, acquisitions, & divestments across Auto, Real Estate, Holidays. He was involved in a few notable transactions, including capital raise at Mahindra Electric Automotive Limited (MEAL), Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML) & FirstCry IPO.
With over two decades of experience spanning private equity, investment banking, & corporate finance across India & the United States, Sriram brings a deep understanding of capital markets, strategic transactions, & business transformation. Prior to joining Mahindra, he spent over 15 years at Goldman Sachs.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Sriram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
He embodies a strategic, performance-driven leadership style rooted in financial discipline, value creation, & partnership orientation principles that align closely with the Mahindra Group’s Rise philosophy.
