There’s no denying the fact that the last few months have been tough. Not only for Mahindra Lifespaces as real estate developers, but for homebuyers too. The months of planning that many may have done to buy their new home had to be put on hold. And it is the very reason why we feel delighted to inform you that we have been able to resume physical site visits at Mahindra Windchimes in Bengaluru! Of course, with all necessary safety protocols in place.

Going Back To Pre-COVID Times

In April 2020, many homebuyers had shown interest in exploring Mahindra Windchimes. However, due to the lockdown, we had some restrictions for arranging the same. But we’d promised each one of them that as soon as the lockdown is lifted, we will ensure a safe site visit for them, which we successfully did. As of July 2020, our number of site visits at Mahindra Windchimes have gone back to pre-lockdown times! Today, if any homebuyer wishes to explore the project, they can do so without any insecurity in their mind. One look at our safety measures and you will agree too.

Safety Precautions at Mahindra Windchimes Site

  • Site visits are scheduled through appointment only
  • Upon scheduling an appointment, a set of guidelines is sent to visitors to urge them to take some precautions on their own
  • Markings are made outside the site premises to ensure social distancing while being in the queue
  • A wash basin is installed at the security gate for visitors, so they can wash hands before commencing their site tour
  • Thermal screening and hand sanitisation are conducted for each person entering the premises
  • Touchless hand sanitiser dispensers are installed outside the sales office
  • It is mandatory for each person to wear a mask inside the premises
  • Seating inside the sales office is spaced according to social distancing norms
  • Surfaces inside the sales office are sanitised at regular intervals
  • Meetings rooms are being avoided and discussions are conducted in the lobby
  • Only four people are allowed inside elevators at a time, and buttons are sanitised at regular intervals

Ensuring a safe and convenient site visit experience is our topmost priority at Mahindra Lifespaces.
