Contest Participation Guidelines:
- To participate in the Republic Day Contest ("Contest") post your entries on Facebook or X (formerly Twitter), or Instagram (“Social Media Platforms”):
- Follow Mahindra Lifespaces on the Social Media Platform where they choose to submit their entry.
- Comment on the Mahindra Lifespaces contest post, tagging three friends, and share pictures via DM.
- Tag Mahindra Lifespaces in the comment using the following handles:
- @mahindralifespaces on Facebook and Instagram
- @life_spaces on X
- The Participant must be an adult Indian citizen with public social media account to be eligible. A valid proof of age and identity must be submitted to Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited (“Mahindra Lifespaces”) upon request. Any Participant submitting false or incorrect documents will be disqualified and will forfeit their eligibility for the Contest.
- The Contest will be live from 25th Jan. 2025 to 30th Jan 2025.
- Ten (5) lucky winners (“Winners”) among the eligible participants of the Contest will be selected through a lucky draw.
- The 5 lucky winners will receive gift vouchers as follows:
- 1st Prize: ₹5000 voucher
- 2nd Prize: ₹3000 voucher
- 3rd Prize: ₹2000 voucher
- 2 Runner-ups: ₹1000 voucher each
- The final selection of the Winners will be at the sole discretion of Mahindra Lifespaces. The Winners will be announced on Mahindra Lifespaces’ Social Media Platforms (“Announcement”) and notified via Direct Message on the respective platform. The Winners must respond with their contact details and any other requested information within 24 hours of receiving the Direct Message. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.
- The Winners must claim their vouchers within 30 days from the date of Announcement by sharing their details as requested otherwise it stands forfeited.
- If a Winner delays, fails to respond, or does not claim the voucher within 30 days of the Announcement, the gift voucher will stand forfeited without further notice. Mahindra Lifespaces reserves the right to reallocate the gift voucher to another participant.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Participation in the Contest does not guarantee any prize. The final selection of the Winners is at the sole discretion of Mahindra Lifespaces.
- Entries must be submitted within the specified Contest period.
- No participation fee is required to enter this Contest.
- Each participant is eligible to participate only once in the Contest.
- Mahindra Lifespaces reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Contest at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
- Gift vouchers are non- transferable and non-assignable.
- Mahindra Lifespaces shall not be responsible for delivery charges associated to the product/products purchased in exchange of the voucher.
- Employees of Mahindra Lifespaces, its holding companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, associated agencies, sponsors, and their immediate family members or anyone involved in the administration of the Contest are not eligible to participate.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to receive promotional communications from Mahindra Lifespaces and/or its agencies. Participants also agree not to raise claims or complaints against Mahindra Lifespaces or its agencies regarding the Contest.
- By participating, participants grant Mahindra Lifespaces permission to use their names, images, photos, videos, and any media recorded during the Contest for promotional purposes, at no additional cost.
- Mahindra Lifespaces shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the Contest or the redemption and use of the gift vouchers.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws related to the Contest.
- In the event of disputes or disagreements regarding the Contest or its outcome, the decision of Mahindra Lifespaces shall be final and binding.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed only within India.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in India and courts in Mumbai only shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to or arising thereto.
- The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at sole discretion of Mahindra Lifespaces.
