Hybrid construction technology
New construction technologies like Stay-In-place Formwork have been used to accelerate construction and enhance quality. We used 3D holographic projection technology for the first time in real estate and we brought to life the world's largest real estate project master plan.
Use of Robots
We have used robots to put together reinforcement cages for walls and slabs, enhancing productivity and quality.
Sustainability
Sustainability is a manifestation of our futuristic approach. We are focusing on moving towards carbon neutrality, integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into business considerations, and deepening our engagement with customers and employees.
Drones
Drones are used to measure and map land for speedy and precise execution. This also helps in the analysis of contours and topography.
Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC) Blocks
This unique product developed and patented by Mahindra Lifespaces, keep homes cooler inside.
IoT enabled technology
We use sensors to monitor the durability of concrete via embedded microchips. These microchips monitor temperature and humidity, which has a direct correlation with the strength and durability of concrete. A mobile app captures readings from these sensors.
Laser Scanners
Laser scanners are used to monitor undulations on slabs. This ensures faster and high-quality tiling.
Digitisation and standardisation
Our digital project lifecycle management (PLCM) platform ensures timely delivery of quality homes; as also safety, environmental compliance and execution efficiency during the construction process.
