Contest Terms
- Introduction & Eligibility
- Participation in the contest implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions herein.
- Only Indian residents can participate in this contest.
- The age of the contestant should be 18 years and above and the contestant should have a social media account
- The contestant should follow the Facebook, Instagram & Twitter page of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (“ MLDL”)
- The Contestant shall share his/her stories as a post using “#RediscoverYou” on his/her public Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account
- Entries such as “comments” or “stories” will not be entertained
- There is no entry fee for this contest
- Start and closing dates
- The contest begins on 7th September 2022 and closes on 15th September 2022 at 11:59 PM (IST) and MLDL reserves the right to change the timing/dates/hours of the Contest without any prior intimation to the participants
- The shortlisted contestants’ details will be declared on 30th September 2022 and the same is solely at the discretion of MLDL and shall be final and binding
- Judging
- Only 3 winners will be selected on the final shortlisted entries received on all platforms (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter). The winners will be chosen based on the maximum votes received on the final post as comments, after the initial shortlisting.
- In case of a tie between the contestants, the MLDL team will select the winner as per the entry received first.
- If a participant does not meet the eligibility criteria or is subject to any entry restrictions, he/she will be disqualified without any notice.
- MLDL’s decision in respect of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Winners and prizes
- The prize for the competition is “one day (1) Stay in MWC Club at Mahindra World City, Chennai”.
- The declared winner will get a Stay Voucher for the Prize from MLDL.
- The stay includes accommodation for 2 Adults + 2 kids (Inclusive of the winner). Children below five years can be accompanied. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for the day will be provided. This prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.
- The validity of Prize coupon will be valid from 1st October 2022 to 30th October 2022. Booking for the stay will be subject to availability, dates will have to be confirmed directly with MWC Club at Mahindra World City, Chennai.
- The winner of the Contest must comply with the terms and conditions of the Contest. If any Contest winner does not respond within 5 business days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen by MLDL without any notice. If MLDL is unable to reach/contact the winner, then MLDL shall have the absolute discretion to deal with such a prize as it deems fit and/or selects an alternative Winner.
- MLDL is not responsible for the travel expenses of the winner(s). The winner(s) shall have to make their own arrangements for their travel at their own costs and expenses.
- The winners shall be required to produce/submit valid Government id photo identity/address proof at the time of claiming the Prize.
- Participants/winners may be required to participate in a photo, video, and/or film session organised by MLDL, and the Participants/winner(s) acknowledge that MLDL has the absolute and exclusive right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it may deem fit without any consideration or payment of similar nature to such participants/winner(s).
- MLDL reserves the right to disqualify any participant/winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant/winner has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Employees of MLDL and Employees of its holding company(s), affiliate(s) subsidiaries, sponsors, associated agencies, participating operators, and their immediate family members and relatives, or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion are not eligible to participate in this contest.
