Common Area Power-efficient Measures:
- Implementation of EV charging points to adapt to the increasing demand for electric cars.
- Installation of solar PV panels on tower roof terraces to provide 50% of the common area lighting.
- Usage of LED lights for common areas, landscape, and amenities to increase energy efficiency
- Application of SRI paints on the roof to reflect heat from the sun and create cooler temperatures for the top floors.

Common Area Waste Management Measures:
- Each dwelling unit should have separate segregation of dry and wet waste at the source.
Common Area water-efficient Measures:
- Utilize grey water for landscaping and flushing by installing a common Mahindra World City STP(Sewage treatment plant).
- Capture rooftop runoff with a Rainwater Harvesting tank
