Job Purpose
To manage implementation of MEP services in a project and ensure timelines , cost and quality of MEP activities
Principal Accountabilities
- Being responsible for all works related to MEP Services.
- Being responsible for technical liaison for all the MEP works with external agencies .
- Coordinating with internal design team for MEP drawings & Documents.
- Checking of Design Documents for correctness and relevance for the project.
- Preparing timelines/ work schedules for MEP works in coordination with planning dept.
- Executing & Coordinating MEP works at site with respective building engineers & ensuring processes.
- Preparing and updating the status of MEP works on weekly basis
- Checking shop drawing, documentation, quality and maintaining records pertaining to PHE and ensuring zero NCs during audits.
- Certifying Bills related to PHE works

Executive/Assistant Manager – Channel Sales
Job Purpose
To expand reach of product offerings in the local market by building Channel network across the allocated area in the city
Principal Accountabilities
- Being a part of extensive outreach to Channel Partners
- Creating a team of dedicated Channel partners ensuring best terms of engagements with them and leveraging Mahindra equity of trust, transparency and integrity through them
- Developing strong cross sales expertise through regional CPs
- Following up with the channel partners for lead generation and identifying the support required for the same
- Taking customers for the site visit and following up to close the deal
- Updating CPs about their leads & walk-ins
- Coordinating internally for the pay-outs of CPs in a timely manner
- Updating the channel partner details on SFDC on a regular basis
- Being aware about the product and CP offerings by competitors

Job Purpose
To handle the construction activities at the site for the allotted towers.
Principal Accountabilities
- Executing construction activities (Finishing activities) at the site with maximum quality
- Studying drawings and specifications and executing the same through proper planning
- Handling the queries and resolving the problems of the site or escalating to the site head wherever required
- Maintaining high quality standards at site
- Ensuring the safety on the site
- Coordinating with Liasoning, Contracts, Purchase, Quality and vendors for the smooth functioning of the project
- Updating the site head on the on-going project on a regular basis
- Ensuring the project is running as per the budget
- Following the SOP of the organization
- Managing a team of 3-4 project engineers
- Identifying the training needs on the basis of safety inspection data and conducting appropriate interventions (e.g. coaching, mentoring, on the job training).

- Attending customer walk-ins, greeting and showing them the audio, video and project presentation
- Taking customers to the site visit
- Filling the customer data sheet and entering it into SFDC
- Following up with the customer to close the booking
- Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc.
- Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal
- Creating sales order
- Handing over the booking formalities to the CRM
- Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc.
- Coordinating with the CRM team on customer related issues
