The historic city of Pune has witnessed significant development over the last two decades or so. 1. Talegoan:

It is located off the Katraj-Dehu bypass road. Hinjewadi contributes significantly to the state’s total IT exports – and with more than 400,000 professionals employed in here, Hinjewadi is a vitally important economic hub in Pune. Hinjewadi is home to many self-sustaining townships popular with the region’s working population. Hinjewadi has well-developed physical infrastructure and enjoys good connectivity to core Pune areas as well as Mumbai.

3. Ghorpadi:

Another upcoming area in Pune is Ghorpadi in the Desh or Paschim Maharashtra region. Ghorpadi is located between Koregaon Park in the North and Solapur Road in the South. Relatively peaceful and green, Ghorpadi has today emerged as a preferred residential destination. In the recent past, several real estate developers have explored the area. Flats in Ghorpadi are typically spacious, with modern features and amenities. The area also hosts many schools and colleges. Ghorpadi is well-connected to areas such as Hadpsar, Mundhva and Pune city by road.

4. Pimpri:

Pimpri is situated South-East of Mumbai, in the North - West quadrant of Pune. Pimpri is one of the most prominent industrial destinations outside of Mumbai. Situated on the Deccan Plateau and surrounded by hills, accessibility to Pimpri by road is excellent. Pimpri Chinchwad is situated on the confluence of NH-4 (the Mumbai-Bangalore highway) and NH-50 (the Pune-Nasik highway). Pimpri is today one of the most favoured areas to reside in Pune.
