Ashvin oversees the P&L for the residential projects in south India (Bengaluru and Chennai). Prior to his current role, Ashvin led the business development, corporate affairs and strategy functions. He joined the company in April 2018 as the head of business development and strategy of the value housing business of the group (Mahindra Happinest). Before joining Mahindra Lifespaces, he had an entrepreneurial stint in renewable energy, and before that was part of the CMD's office at Lemontree Hotels. He spent his early career in hotel operations with Taj Hotels and Hyatt Hotels. Ashvin has a master's degree from Cornell University, and a BSc from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai.
