1.Sohna Road, Gurgaon:

Sohna Road is located to the south of Gurgaon in Haryana. The locality enjoys good connectivity to various developed areas (Golf Course Extension Road and Netaji Subhash Marg, for example) and a number of hotels, schools, banks and hospitals via an excellent network of railways and roadways. Accessibility to areas such as Delhi (51.6 kilometres), Faridabad (42.2 kilometres) and other regions in NCR is also convenient.

The population of the region has been fast growing in recent years, owing to its proximity to various company offices in and near Sohna Road. Residents have access to various social amenities such as educational institutions (Ryan International School, GD Goenka Education City – GD Goenka University, MatriKiran and Vedas International School, to name a few) and healthcare outlets. Several shopping malls are also nearby.

Sohna Road has emerged as a very convenient neighbourhood, considering the easy living conditions and job opportunities available. Adequate infrastructure and the presence of commercial hubs in and around the locality, make Sohna Road a preferred employment as well as residential destination of NCR.

The Haryana Government has made efforts to construct properties on both sides of the road. These properties are open for both commercial and residential purpose. 2.Dwarka Expressway:

Also known as the Northern Peripheral Expressway, Dwarka Expressway covers areas like Bijwasan, New Palam Vihar, and Kheri Daula. Infrastructure wise, the government has undertaken the construction of underpasses and flyovers along with new housing projects.

3.Golf Course Extension Road:

Yet another fast-developing location with continued infrastructure development, Golf Course Extension Road Due is expected to remain a preferred residential market in the time to come. Premium office occupiers will continue to prefer the area for its convenient connectivity and proximity to the airport and this, in turn, will drive residential development.

Golf Course Extension Road has been witnessing a steady appreciation in property values. The launch of Rapid Metro Phase II has improved connectivity to Gurgaon. With the construction of roads in sectors 66 and 67, the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) aims to reduce travel time between Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road.

Social amenities in this locality are well-developed, especially shopping-cum-entertainment hubs, keeping in mind the growing population of HNI (high net-worth individuals). Needless to say, the locality has reputed schools, hospitals, recreational centres, local markets, etc.
