It has been a wonderful experience with Mahindra Lifespaces! To summarise it is not just about building homes, it is about building relationships and trust. We are really happy with the transparency received. We can see all the facilities of our houses, construction updates and is a great effort in building relationships with customers.
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused tumultuous shifts in all aspects of our daily lives, with new challenges that must be navigated every day.
In these unprecedented times, the health and well-being of our customers, partners, associates, extended support colleagues and the communities in which we operate continues to be our number one priority. Our COVID-19 Rapid Action Team is working diligently to review the situation daily. We are taking into account all regulatory guidance as well as relevant developments within our business ecosystem, as we resume construction activities. We have taken precautions to protect our colleagues and their families; and are prioritising continuity of service to our stakeholders. Our teams have been digitally empowered to work remotely from the safety of their homes, backed by robust technology and processes. There might be a slight delay in response owing to circumstances beyond our control; however, we are doing our best to be responsive to your needs. Our residential customers can reach their Relationship Managers on calls and emails, as always. Our Customer Assist helpline number (022-62328101) & M-Life app are also available to log in requests and queries. The Mahindra World Cities (in Chennai and Jaipur) and ORIGINS sites (in Chennai and Ahmedabad) are being supported by critical staff to ensure business continuity of essential services which are operational at these locations. We are in unchartered territory and are currently seeing a much wider impact on the global economy, which includes our business.
