I am Pratik Sheth this is my wife Shivani Sheth. We have a flat at Happinest Boisar, B436 at. We are really happy to have this flat. We bought this flat around one and a half years ago and trust me the appreciation has been amazing. Even in this market, we have got a decent amount of appreciation which is not possible with any other brand. It has been only because of Mahindra it has been possible and we are happy for that. We should also consider the IGBC certification this is a IGBC certified project and a green project with 50-70% of the land being open.The technology, e used in construction is rare and this is the first project that is use Mivan technology in Boisar. It is also the first project in Boisar to provide lifts. None of the other projects in Boisar have provided such amenities. This is the best project in the locality. The construction is good, the land is open, the maintenance staff is good, the maintenance of the project is good the security is also good. Moreover this comes under township project which is only in Boisar East. If you compare this project with other projects in Boisar which do not have open space or common amenities. You can say this project is really good to invest in. I bought this project one and half years ago when nothing was around this locality and the staff just told me that this will be a really good project. I really relied on their word and invested my money here. They helped me through the processes well…
