		Mr. Pawan Malhotra, The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Pawan K. Malhotra as the Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited. He has taken up the assignment in early June 2007. Mr. Malhotra is a Management Post Graduate from the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. He brings with him over 30 years of rich experience in India and overseas.
Mr. Malhotra commenced his career with Dunlop and then joined Hindustan Lever, where he held several senior management positions. His next assignment was with the Fritolay division of Pepsico, India. His overseas assignments include a stint with the Al Futtaim Group in Dubai and Oman National Dairy Products in Oman. He was then instrumental in restructuring and reviving the National Rice Mills.

Anita Arjundas, is an MBA from the Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy, with 18 years of work experience. She joined the Mahindra Group as Vice President - Marketing of Mahindra World City, Chennai in October 2002 and played a significant role in the success of Mahindra World City, Chennai.

She was promoted as its Chief Operating Officer in June 2006. She has been recently appointed (July 2007) as Chief Operating Officer of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.

In her new role, she will be responsible for all the Special Economic Zones / Industrial Parks being developed by Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. She will also head the South India operations of the real estate business of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.

		Mr. Suhas Kulkarni, is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Insurance Institute of India. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Law from Mumbai University. Suhas has more than two and a half decades of rich corporate experience encompassing Legal, Secretarial, Property Matters, General Insurance, Finance and Internal Audit streams. He has also been associated with institutions from diverse
industries. These include The New India Assurance Co Ltd., United Motors (I) Ltd., Hotel Leela Venture Ltd., Birla Global Finance Ltd., and Jyoti Structures Ltd. Before joining Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. in October 2004, Suhas was the Group Senior GM-Legal & Secretarial with Growel Group (Grauer & Weil (I) Ltd) At Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, he is the Head-Legal & Company Secretary and looks after Legal and Secretarial functions of the group of companies and subsidiaries in the sector.

Mr. Rajan Narayan is a B.Tech Honours in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

He joined G.K.W. Ltd on 1st April 1965 and had an illustrious 24 ½ year career with them, progressing from Graduate Engineer Trainee to Chief Executive of their Press Metal Component Business. The main manufacturing unit of this business was taken over by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in September 1989 and he shifted along with the business to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. His assign-

ments with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd over 12 years covered stints as Controller of Operations of the Automotive Sector, Controller of Materials for the Automotive & Farm Equipment Sectors and Executive Vice President of Materials & Manufacturing in the Auto Sector. He had a 1½ year assignment prior to retirement in March 2003 with Mahindra Construction Company Ltd. On retirement from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in 2003, he joined Sharda Motors Industries Ltd at Delhi for a 4 year term.

He has joined as Advisor and Head of Projects of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. with effect from 1st May, 2007. His present role is to make Project Planning, Contracting and Execution more effective and efficient. He is known for getting things done differently and executing things uniquely.

Apart from his work, his interest are walking, reading, writing and listening to music.

	Mr. Ajay Reche currently heads the Human Resources function at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. Ajay has completed his M.A. (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (1997) and B.Tech in 1994. He has around 11 years of experience in the domain of Human Resource Development.Ajay has hands on experience in the areas of Performance Management Systems, culture building initiatives, talent attraction & retention strategies, HR policy formulation and employee relations management.
Previously, he has worked for Lafarge (India) Limited , ICI (India) Limited, Wockhardt Hospitals Limited, Fulford(India) Limited and BILT. At MLDL, he hopes to streamline and institutionalize existing as well as new and innovative HR processes towards developing a project based organization. Ajay is based in Mumbai and reports in to Pawan Malhotra, MD and CEO, MLDL. His hobbies are reading, writing and listening music. He is married with one daughter.
