reasons for the same. If you feel that the reasons and
delay can be condoned, then you may wish to take possession.
In the event you feel that the developer is deliberately
delaying / has delayed a construction of the building,
after a grace period, you are free to approach the Consumer
Care, the Civil Court
upon the severity of and delay, as well as, the reasons
for the same. |
