time to sign the agreement! A developer would normally
sign what is called “Agreement for Sale deed ”.
This document would spell out the nature of the housing
unit being constructed and annex the detailed plans, specifications,
time lines for completion, payment schedule and liabilities
on the part of developer, as well as, the purchaser. |
